Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

All the legal disputes arising between the customer/ purchaser/ supplier/ contractor/ cluster member of the produce/ products of M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by the Laws of India in line with the laws of principles and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Odisha, India. All the customer/ purchaser/ supplier/ contractor/ cluster member, thus wants to engage into the litigation, can do so within the perimeter of the State of Odisha.

 

Limitation of Liability:

Ltd. shall remain liable for any damage of its produce/ products been referred by the consumer/ purchaser (in purview of any special, incidental, direct or consequential damages in connection to the terms of use); shall be replaced with no additional cost/ financial burden to the customer/ purchaser of the said produce/ products at any point of time. The such organic produce/ products have to be used within the prescribed time limit as been prescribed during the purchase of the said items.

Ltd. may allow (in special occasions to its customer/ purchaser/ clients of produce & products) to access the farm sites/ processing facility/ warehousing facilities with a prior notice to the company. M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. are very welcome to show the practices, which are being utilized in making the organic produce/ products available to its esteemed customers. It will be prime responsibilities of the staff/ officer bearer/ personnel of M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. to make the visit possible of any valued customer/ buyer of the M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. The fields of M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. are situated in the state of Odisha. M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. has taken many lands on lease to grow the organic vegetables/ organic exotic vegetables in the State of Odisha. May be in future it will expand its operation(s) in adjoining States for a better reach for organic produce. M/s Balia Organics (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall organize the field trips for its valued customers/ clients at any point of time.
